If necessary, this is also the appropriate time to involve other professionals, ensuring that the submittal set is complete. Some projects may require a professional engineer's stamp based on the scope of work. By meticulously preparing these documents, we improve our chances of a timely response, allowing you to start construction as soon as possible.

Rationalization:

The concept is then rationalized by creating a digital building model to flush out exact dimensions and ensure code compliance. Once the form of the project can be seen it is then refined and stylized to your liking. The building model allows you to see your project before it is built so you can be confident in the design.
